Asset Management Consulting AG Aaa Center for Co-operation in Finance (AMC) was founded in Zurich in 1994 as a private company with registered share capital of CHF 2 million.
The main activities of AMC include:
- Advisory services (including investment research) for new issues in the area of structured products listed on SIX Swiss Exchange.
- Securities trading (securities dealer no. 599 653 ESTV (Federal Tax Association)
Advisory services include services relating to the following financial instruments: share certificates (baskets), products bearing a capital guarantee as well as country, regional and thematic mutual funds. The focus of our services is on new issues. New issues supervised by us as an advisor are documented comprehensively and in detail in order to provide customers with an optimal basis for making decisions. Our services also include detailed quarterly reports. As an additional service we offer our customers benchmark reports.

The AMC team has many years of experience in advising banks in the area of new issues. AMC is a member of the VQF (Financial Services Standards Association). The VQF is the largest official self-regulatory organization (SRO) for combating money laundering recognized by the Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority. All management team members responsible for this area comply with VQF qualification guidelines.
As an independent specialist, we have been publishing feature articles on country, regional and industrial funds in the financial journal "Finanz & Wirtschaft" for over 15 years and also frequently comment on market developments in Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore.
